Frequently Asked Questions
- We are open from 7 AM - Midnight every day, including holidays.
- Our world-famous singing waitstaff, The Stardusters, sing all day from open to close.
- For private parties and corporate events (minimum group of 25 people), please CLICK HERE.
- We do not take other reservations. Please allow extra time as you may have to wait on line.
- We seat according to party size. Since table availability and wait times vary greatly, we do not provide estimates.
- Your party must be complete to be seated when a table becomes available. Guests cannot be added to your party once you've been seated. If your entire party is waiting, please look out for a host and listen for your party size to be called.
- We share our sidewalks with many other visitors and commuters. Please be mindful and line up close to the building, avoiding blocking doorways, to allow people to pass.

- We have a variety of gluten-friendly items on our menu. Please alert your server to any and all allergies so we can be sure to accommodate your needs.
- Our diner is wheelchair accessible and of course, children are welcome.
- We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and encourage all to participate in the show. However, many people are moving quickly around you to make the magic happen. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep your kids out of the aisles for their safety.
- We sell merchandise online HERE and in our restaurant at the front entrance.
- Please leave your suitcase at your hotel! We allow only purses and small backpacks as there is no room for luggage.
- Stroller parking is available in front of the diner on Broadway. We offer complimentary locks to secure them, however space is limited.
- At this time, there are no COVID-19 vaccine or mask requirements to join us at Ellen's Stardust Diner.
